Sand washing consists of a separation by size of the unwanted particles. The separation is made at a size of 65 microns, where fines and clays are concentrated that reduce the quality of the sand. Although this cut size is adjustable.   Feed the sand to a receiving tank, adding the necessary water to wash previously. Pulse jet dust collector is automatic dust air cleaner by continuously cleaning its Filter bags. Positive or negative pressurized Dust-laden air enters in Tridev Pulse Jet Dust. Velocity if air get reduce after expansion inside conical hopper. Due to low velocity bigger dust particle got settle by gravity in hopper. Absorb velocity impact if diffuser is provided at nearer inlet. Fine particle move upward (in beg housing section) which are remains in air. Clean air passes through filter bags move towards clean airside where fine particle retain on outer surface of fabric. Both side pressure difference got increase whenever dust increase on fabric.
