We manufacture bimetal bushes from alloy steel and phosperous bronze by sintering. After sintering finish turning and driling done on cnc and vmc machines . After finish machining critical operation like od grinding and wall thickness maintain using;special fixturing to achieve high quality . After all plating is done as per requirement and then marking ,oiling and packing as per requirement. These type of bimetal bushes are widely used in diesel engine, connecting rods, trucks etc.

We manufacture all type of bushes from MS Round Bars, EN 41 B, using cnc, vmc machines with chrome or zinc plating finish as per customer requirement.
