Once your impeller is in the hands of our "impeller doctor", the diameter is first built up using an advanced thermal spray weld, which we have adapted and refined to an art (working closely in conjunction with thermal spray engineers).  The impeller is then precision lathed (cut down) to the exact dimensions of your jet pump.   Finally the impeller is polished to a smooth hydrodynamic efficient finish and balanced.  The end result makes your impeller look and perform like new.  Need it yesterday?  We know where your coming from because prompt, curtious service combined with quality is what makes our company stand out.
