The Vacuum Impregnation Systems have an Impregnation chamber which has a vacuum sealed MS vessel with both top and bottom as dished ends. The top dished end is removable for the purpose of loading and unloading of the components meant for impregnation. There is also a viewing window, air admittance valve, vacuum dial gauges and a light port. The top lid can be moved in and swiveled out through an arm. The chamber is filled with oil and immersed with heaters. Glass wool insulation is provided for the oil heating chamber and cladded with sheet metal to provide insulation and reduce heat dissipation.We customise the design adn construction of Vacuum Impregnation systems to suit our specific customer specific requirements.
