This machine is equiped with an oscillating rotor suitable to manufacturer wet granulates of varius granule sizes. Sieves are easily exchangable. rotor , sieve and all parts coming in to contect with the material are constructed of stainless steel.Each apparatus is supplied with one sieve each of 1.0 and 1.6 mm mesh size. The capacity of the machine depands of the material and the mesh sizes of the sieve and is maximum 25-30 kg per hour.  

Our Vertical Main Drive & it features a 1 HP, 230 v, 50 Hz, single phase A.C Motor connected to Sturdy worm Reduction Gear Box is completely Maintenance free. The speed is variable and can be varied between 0 to 400 RPM. This is done via an electronic speed controller and the corresponding rpm is displayed digitally. The drive also includes a timer in order to set time-based operations. All our Multi-Attachments can be easily mounted and dismounted on the drive with the help of two quick locking and unlocking knobs.  

The universal gearing is a basic requirement for our different attachment like the Coating Pan, Polishing Drum, Pelletizer, Cube Mixer, etc. The Universal Gearing required when the operating angles for the above attachments have to be changed. The unit offers an adjustment of the angle of operation from 0 to 75 degrees.

Defoiler is one of the small but needful machine. It is ideal for recovering the tablets. Capsules from the rejected and unsealed strips without any damage and such recovered Tablets/Capsules can be replaced on strip packing machine.Defoiler is self contained, portable machine. The machine is fitted with a series of stainless steel, tong and groove pressure rollers, which are driven machine by spur gears. That holds the strip and gradual increase in width of the rollers Tablets/Capsules are pushed out of the pockets, the slitters and foil guides are pushed out of the pockets, and the slitters and foil guides are easily and quickly adjustable according to the strips to be feed. A stainless steel chute is provided to collect the Tablets/ Capsules, which are separated from the rejected foil strip. The design is such that the tablets/ capsules and DE-foiled strips are collected separately. A rotary reversible switch is provided to rotted the machine in reverse direction to clear the jamming of strips. The machine is fully guarded for operator's safety

The risk of oil contamination from the machines lubrication system is reduced when Bellows are fitted onto upper punches forming a flexible seal. This product has been developed for Euro 'B' and 'D' type punches, which have the Holland Universal seal grooves. Once the punches are positioned in the turret, a simple operation of pushing the bellows over the punch tip and onto the barrel, results in the Bellows forming an excellent seal to protect against product contamination. The Bellows are manufactured in High Tear Strength silicone, coloured Blue, in compliance with F.D.A. approved regulations and conforming to ISO 9000 quality standards. Use of the bellows will improve the punch performance within the press by reducing the amount of contamination in the punch guide, and help improve the life of the tooling.

The Powder Mixer having half round bowl open on upper side with specially designed mixing blade having two stages both right and left hand ribbon type mixing blades.
