This increases the durability and life of the valve guide and results in smooth functioning of the engine. To keep the desired metallurgical constituents in control, we make use of the Induction Furnace and well equipped Chemical Laboratory to test all material aspects.   Size Range : 1” to 35”   Material :   Graded Cast Iron of 25 & 30 Grade Manganese bronze and Phosphorous bronze Aluminum bronze   Valve Seat Inserts :   Installed Capacity : 30000 pcs/month.   We specialize in manufacturing valve seat inserts from magnetic and non-magnetic materials.
