Pulse jet dust collector is automatic dust air cleaner by continuously cleaning its Filter bags. Positive or negative pressurized Dust-laden air enters in Tridev Pulse Jet Dust. Velocity if air get reduce after expansion inside conical hopper. Due to low velocity bigger dust particle got settle by gravity in hopper. Absorb velocity impact if diffuser is provided at nearer inlet. Fine particle move upward (in beg housing section) which are remains in air. Clean air passes through filter bags move towards clean airside where fine particle retain on outer surface of fabric. Both side pressure difference got increase whenever dust increase on fabric. Filter begs are necessary to clean for minimize pressure difference. Tridev Pulse jet Dust Collector will clean Filter bag by automated momentary air jet which is generated through system.  Normally closed solenoid valve actuated by signal from remote sequence timer. Pressure got decrease in the tube between solenoid and right angle diaphragm valve after solenoid valve open. It causes diaphragm valve to open permits a momentary air jet from air supply. High velocity air through pipe comes out from nozzles inserted inside the venture. Pressurized and high velocity airflow inside the filter begs causes controlled inflation of bag. Filter bags and other assembly enclosed in a metal housing. It consist plenum at top, beg housing at middle and material collection at bottom section. Plenum section is holding air pipes/orifice nozzle and supports air receiver tank, blow tubes and solenoid valve. Beg housing is separated from plenum by tube sheet. Beg assembly stays inside beg housing which are clamped with ventures, beg retainer, filter begs and clamps on tubes sheet. Material collection hopper at bottom is with inlet, diffuses and outlet. Sequential timer, air pressure gauge, and blower fitted on frame. The angle, and hence length of the conical section, plays a role in determining operating characteristics. It has two exits on the axis: the smaller on the bottom (underflow or reject) and a larger at the top (overflow or accept). The underflow is generally the denser or thicker fraction, while the overflow is the lighter or more fluid fraction. Internally, centrifugal force is countered by the resistance of the liquid, with the effect that larger or denser particles are transported to the wall for eventual exit at the reject side with a limited amount of liquid, while the finest, or less dense particles, remain in the liquid and exit through the overflow side through a tube extending slightly into the body of the cyclone at the center. Forward Hydrocyclone remove particles that are denser than the surrounding fluid, while reverse hydro cyclones remove particles that are less dense than the surrounding fluid.
