Super70 briquette press is used to make 70mm dia, briquettes form any type of agriculture waste like groundnut shells, jute waste, coconut leaves, sugar cane bagasse etc. It has 750kghr production capacity and need 49hp power to make briquettes. This machine is specially made for medium scale industries.

Jumbo90 briquetting machine produce 90mm dia briquettes from biomass or agro forestry waste. It has 1500 kghr production capacity to produce biomass briquettes and required 91hp power for this process. It is not required any binder for this biomass briquetting process.

The main function of flash air dryer is to evaporate moisture from the raw material. in briquetting machine if raw material’s moisture content is above 12% than we need to dry the raw material first and then we can feed into briquetting machine. We are offering super quality of dryer machine through which we can dry many raw materials like sugarcane waste, rice husk, saw dust and other agricultural waste.

Crusher Cutter are generally used for threshing crushing raw material having size above 25 mm. If the size of the raw material is above 25 mm then crusher cutter is must, Our Briquette Machine generally accepts raw material up to 25 mm in case of Jumbo-90 & 10-12 mm in case of Super-70 but in the case if it exceeds then the Crusher Cutter is necessary, Generally Straw type waste like Coconut Leaves, Cotton Stalks having size above 100 mm must be crushed in the crusher.
