The Rage Cyclone is manufactured and assembled in Rajkot India, as a entry level product, for enthusiastic drivers all over the world wanting to experience the ultimate off-road Buggy at a affordable price. The Cyclone is also the preferred choice for Desert Safari tours in the middle-east and Rally driving schools in Europe. The technology, quality and the world renowned driving dynamics, are in parallel to what is manufactured in the UK. We use top quality key components from Manufacturers like Maxxix for Tires, CvTech for our CVT drivetrain, Engines from Suzuki, Shock absorbers from Intrax Suspension, Seat belts from Momo, to name a few.

We have in-depth knowledge of metals, forging, casting techniques for various components ranging from custom gears, suspension components, chassis components, fabricated suspension parts etc etc. Rajkot is an engineering hub in India with one of the best Metal casting, forging, gear cutting and CNC machining facilities available in the country. Therefore we take advantage of research and development capabilities, paired with engineering, software, and technology integration as the key to manufacturing enterprises.Since 2010, all bespoke components for our buggies are sourced or manufactured from India and supplied to the Factory in the UK. We constantly endeavour to improve the quality and reliability of every component used on the vehicle. We have gained a lot of testing experience from drivers around the world, driving the Rage in various motorsport events and giving us feedback on various aspects of the buggy. We continually update Manufacturing processes and materials to make the components reliable.List of Metals available, manufacturing availability and Machining Capability : CNC machining parts supply with material specified and certified, on CNC Lathes and CNC Milling machines up to a accuracy of max 20 Microns and Minimum 10 microns based on requirement. - Minimum order quantity 40-50 pieces. Accurate grinding of shafts and housings up to 10 micron. Aluminum Casting in LM series, HE30 etc. - Minimum order quantity - 100 pieces. Aluminum forging in LM Series, HE30 etc.- Minimum order quantity - 300 pieces Steel Forging in EN8, EN9, EN19, EN36, SS304 ETC - Minimum order quantity - 500 pieces. Gear Cutting and grinding, heat treatment etc. - Minimum order quantity – 30-50 pieces. Investment Casting or Hot wax casting for lower strength requirement in components. Available in ferrous and Nonferous metals. - minimum order quantity - 200 pieces. Able to process parts data from 3D cad files, 2D drawings, or create 3D data from physical samples. We would provide a quote for tooling after analysis of component and process required. Production would be undertaken after Sample approval and sign off. Forging and Casting of components can be supplied as raw components or CNC machined and finished.
