    Shivansh Impex black garlic has ultimate flavor, higher antioxidants, fresher longer due to natural antibacterial properties, and sweetness.   Black garlic is soft unlike its counterpart the regular garlic which is hard. No additives. All-natural, black garlic. Our garlic provides sweet, mild garlic. So amazing you can pop a whole clove in your mouth and chew. Health benefits of black garlic - yes,   it is very good for you! Compared to fresh garlic, black garlic is low in acilliin (effectively creates 30 times less irritation to the lining of the stomach when compared with raw garlic), but  astonishingly high in antioxidants, calcium, phosphorus and protein. It also contains nutrients like: Magnesium, Selenium, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C. Store unopened packages in a cool dark place until the expiration. This Garlic cannot be used for planting as seeds.    Black Garlic is fresh raw garlic that has undergone a fermentation process, where it's held at 140 to 170 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 to 120 days. During the fermentation  process, the cloves turn a distinct black color. The garlic's texture and flavor change as well. It's softer, chewier, and  sweeter than regular raw garlic.   How It is Made:    Shivansh impex chose the best garlic variety we could find, Our farmers enables us to select the raw garlic that will produce the best black garlic. Our garlic is cultivated for 160 days, and then freshly harvested. Most of the magic happens behind the closed doors of our state-of-the-art machines. By controlling the harvested garlic's temperature and humidity for another 13 weeks using our proprietary method, regularly sampling the garlic for quality and consistency.   Black garlic is placed on special racks to cool and dry over the course of one week. Again, an expert samples the product as it dries for quality assurance.   Even after cooling, not every bulb of black garlic meets our high standards.
