All types of Internal Combustion (I.C.) Engines require valve guides. We are presently manufacturing valve guides for two-wheelers and three-wheelers in Indian automobile market. The service life of a valve guide requires High Temperature stability and High wear resistance. We have achieved these properties with in-depth material research.

Widely used in Automobile and Household Applications, the self-lubricating bush does not require a constant oil supply. The inherent porosity is the main reason this product is manufactured via Powder metallurgy process. Using our in-house oil impregnation facility, minimum 10 to 20 % by Volume Oil Content is assured.

Four wheeler water pumps require these hubs for power transmission from the engine to the pump. Manufacturing through this process reduces various machining expenses.

This kind of small oil pump rotors are coupled with two-wheeler and three-wheeler engines. Required in high accuracy and high volume, such parts show us the benefits of Powder Metallurgy process.  

Used in Three-wheeler oil pumps, these gears are very high volume requirement that cannot be met through conventional manufacturing processes.

Maximum advantage of the Powder Metallurgy process can be observed in this type of part. With a manufacturing speed of 300 gears per hour, there is no comparison needed against conventional processes. Used to pump oil at high pressures, the gears are very demanding in strength and profile accuracy. Sintered gears also come with benefit of silent operation.

Used in Automobile and Construction gear-boxes, these spacers with-stand very high compressive loads. We have successfully replaced Cast-Iron in these applications.

This part has very high complexity and strength requirement. It is used to decompress the two-wheeler engine internal pressure in the starting stage.
