Single Girder, Double Girder, Electric Operated and Hand Operated type overhead traveling cranes. Design and Manufactured in compliance to IS 807 & IS 3177 for different applications to appropriate class & duty. Hoist Crab machinery designed in compliance to IS 3938. The Bridge Girders are plate welded box type designed to sustain all stresses arising due to vertical and lateral forces with impact. The End Carriages are fabricated from rolled steel section with suitable diaphragms & stiffeners to give strong construction. Rubber buffers are provided on both sides of end carriages to absorb jerks.

Jib cranes are either Wall mounted or Pillar mounted fully floating on Bearings with swivel facility of 90, 180, 270 & 360 degrees. Jib cranes are available in lifting capacities ranging from 250 Kgs to 7500 Kgs. and arm radius from 1 mtr. to 5 mtrs. to suit the required application. Jib cranes designed conforming to IS 807 & IS 3177. Jib arm shall be fabricated from heavy section I-Beam or of triangular truss construction to keep the deflection in acceptable limits. Self aligned type double roller bearings with thrust & roller bearings take care of horizontal, vertical and radial thrust loads.

Designed to suit clients specific requirement using superior quality raw material and bought out items. Manufactured in capacities ranging from 0.5 tons to 7.5 tons with normally cage size of 3 mtrs. x 3 mtrs. x 3 mtrs. with or without collapsible gate with required lift and upto ground + 10 floor. Goods Lift Cage Lift are guided in steel guide member (T-section) with hoisting and lowering operations performed by our electric wire rope hoist. Operation is through interlocked push buttons and limit switches are provided for safety.

These cranes are essentially the same as the regular overhead cranes except that the bridge for carrying the trolley or trolleys is rigidly supported on two or more legs running on fixed rails or other runway. These “legs” eliminate the supporting runway and column system and connect to end trucks which run on a rail either embedded in or laid on top of the floor.

A gantry crane has a hoist in a trolley which runs horizontally along gantry rails, usually fitted underneath a beam spanning between uprights which themselves have wheels so that the whole crane can move at right angles to the direction of the gantry rails. These cranes come in all sizes, and some can move very heavy loads, particularly the extremely large examples used in shipyards or industrial installations.

We are offering electic wire rope hoist. Manufactured in compliance to is 3938 to suit class ii, iii & iv application. Modular construction & design, each component like rope drum, motor, brake, gear box, wire rope, control panel etc. Are easily accessible for maintenance. The frame is fabricated from steel plates and is of welded bolted type. The rope drum is made of sturdy seamless pipe or fabricated from steel plates and is grooved to take the full lift without over winding. Large drum diameter to rope diameter ratio reduces wear and cable fatigue. The drum shaft revolves in ball bearings, ensuring smooth running.

Designed and Manufactured as per IS 3832. Load Chain Wheels are of S.G. Iron Malleable casting with accurate chain sprockets for smooth running and mounted on two nos. ball bearing. Steel forged hooks are confirming to IS 8610 and fitted in upper arm. Bottom block made out of heavy duty S.G. iron malleable casting. Gears are made from alloy steel material, precise machined, gear hobbed & case hardened – duly annealed. Hand Chain Wheel is manufactured from graded casting as per IS-210. Load Chain is of grade 80 confirming IS 6216 alloy steel material uniformly electrically welded from alloy steel duly heat treated for ductility, toughness & wear resistance and accurately calibrated for smooth running in wheels. Screw and Friction type positively self actuating load pressure brake ensures safety at all positions.
