Velvet water proof effectively increases cement density making the construction totally watertight and free from cracks. It is extensively used to make concrete basement impermeable for water tank, reservoirs walls, roofing, sewer, bathroom, tiles stucco etc. velvet waterproof is free from chloride. Application Data 1 Bag of cement (50kg) requires only 1 kg of velvet waterproof similarly 1 ton of cement require just 20 kg of velvet waterproof. Do not add more than 1 kg of velvet water proof to a 50 kg bag of cement. For best results, mix just 2% in ordinary Portland cement. Methods of Application Mix thoroughly with cement by hand before adding sand and water. A through mix is essential for a perfectly dense mix. It dose not in any way interfere in the curing and setting time of the concrete.

Velvet wall putty is white cement based fine powder which provides an ideal finishing for concrete / cement plastered walls and ceiling. Application Data Surfaces to be painted. New surface requires preparation such as removal of dust, dirt and foreign matter, In cases of cracks, voids & damages it should be repaired. If surface plaster was rough, 1st apply white cement/ white cement mortar and level the surface. cure the surface for 2 days. before starting putty coat. surface should be in just-wet condition, prior to putty application. CAUTION : Not recommended over lime wash. Primers Not required. Methods of Application Mix Velvet wall putty slowly in 35-40 % water by volume to prepare paste of desired consistency. Mix vigorously for 5-10 minutes for making lump free and uniform paste. Product should be mixed in such quantities that is could be used within 2 hrs of its preparation. Mixing could be done manually or by suitable electric mixer. Finishing Use spatula /blade/ trowel on the wall with "bottom to top" configuration. Apply second coat preferably after 4 hrs in hot season & after 12 hrs in cold season. Second coat shall be applied "horizontally" to even out application marks of 1st coat if any. Re-mix putty paste again for 1 minute, if it is left un-disturbed for 30 minutes. Allow complete drying for 3 days and then use fine emery paper to remove application mark, if any.

Primers Touch Cement Primer (Solvent or Water thinnable). NOTE: For smooth and level surfaces the use of Acrylic and Cement Putty is recommended for best results. Methods of Application Brush Finishing Add water slowly to the distemper paste, mixing the contents thoroughly. Continue thinning to application consistency. The normal mixing ratio is 2 parts of water to 3 parts of by volume for the 1st coat. For the 2nd coat the mixing ratio should be 1:1 by volume. Dry overnight between coats. Maximum overcoating interval - 48 hours.
