The Bursting Strength Tester (SGT-G001) is reliable and designed to produce the result with high accuracy and repeatability by incorporating Electronics Automatic Pressure release system and conforms to international standards BS 3137, ISO 2759, TAPPI T 807 Om-82, T 810 Om-80, etc. Construction & WorkingPush switch operates ¼ horsepower motor, single phase 220250 volts AC and drives the hydraulic system and produce uniform increasing pressure of a rate of 170 mlmin± 15 mlmin. The test sample is clamped between two clamping parallel plate manually by tightened the screw, and pressure on the sample is transmitted through Rubber Diaphragm which causes the sample to expand into the upper clamping plate until it burst. After releasing the push switch pressure gets release automatically and optical sensor stops the motor, which is responsible to produce results with high accuracy and repeatability. Pressure gauge is fitted with a maximum reading drag point of sample burst, when the main pointer has return to the zero position. Specifications Pressure increasing speed 170 mlmin ± 15 mlmin. Standard Rubber Diaphragm diameter 76mm2 & 2.3mm ± 0.2mm thick. Range of pressure gauge : 0-7, 0-10, 0-21, 0-28, 0-35, 0-40 kgcm2.
