We Offer Tearing Strength Tester ,Elmendorf Type. This tester is intended for measuring the tearing resistance of paper, films and other sheets from the time tearing off starts to the moment a fixed length is torn off by the loss of potential energy of the fan shaped pendulum. It conforms to International Standard TAPPI, SCAN, ISO standard. SPECIFICATIONS : Tearing resistance tester is easy to operate and has a high accuracy level ± 1% of readout value. The complete pendulum is easily interchangeable after loosening the curled nut on the bearing shaft and, the whole pendulum assembly can be removed from the stand. SKF frictionless bearing assemblies are made of stainless steel. Sample clamp are made of stainless steel. Pivoted knife are made of hardened carbon steel. Specimen size: 62.0 mm ± 0.2 mm long and 50 mm ± 2 mm width. Scale graduation 0-100. Interchangeable pendulum having the following capacity.
