This is our new 21inchtwin disc refiner (w-type) disc ,which is designed and innovated by our r&d team. We maintained a proper difference between the bars which ensured total refining of raw material.

In our new triple disc refiner plate, there are two stages of refining. In the first stage, foreign particles (if present) are crushed. In the following stage, separation of fibers take place. In comparison with the conventional refiner plate, more pulp refining can be achieved with this two-stage refiner plate

This is our 17 inch triple disc refiner disc with conventional ready to fit design. In this we gave 4 mm rib width. We are using high quality raw material which leads to increases the strength and durability of refining disc.our discs are as per our customer needs. Depending upon their raw material, we are providing them best material composition.

This is our new single disc refiner disc 580 mm which is based on increasing cutting edge length by obtaining optimum strength properties with low intensity refining for hardwood & recycled fiber.we ensures 0 failure rate.

This is our new double disc refiner disc 460 mm, which is basically focused on increasing refining efficiency. More input feed can be given with this design to achieve higher productivity rates.

In this new triple disc refiner plate, there are also two stages of refining.but in this plate design, we gave a taper of 3 mm in the base plate so that more refining can be achieved until the total consumption of plate. A sum of 6 mm gap can be achieved (3 mm of rotor and 3 mm of stater). We take care of the variable rib designs as per the industrial requirements of our customers.

Our 13 inchtriple disc refiner disc comes with conventional ready to fit design. In this we gave 5 mm rib width.we are using high quality raw material which leads to increases the strength and durability of refining disc
