Fortified Rice Kernels (FRKs) are rice grains that have been enriched with vitamins and minerals to improve their nutritional value.   Fortified Rice Kernels (FRKs) are either coated rice kernels or extruded rice-shaped kernels prepared with a mix of vitamins and minerals.
