Construction & Working : The machine consists of a rotating vessel made of perforated sheet rotating at a speed of 1100 RPM approx. The speed can be adjusted as required by changing the pulley. By centrifugal force, the water/liquid is removed within seconds. The liquid can be collected from the drain pipe. Brake system is provided to stop the vessel after the motor is switched off to save time. The rotating vessel is either fixed or removable as required .In case of removable vessel model, the material to be dried is fed directly into the vessel whereas in case of fixed vessel, the material is put in bags made of nylon net, and the bag is fed into the vessel.
