The gear of crusher are also high grade carbon steel grade which are machined. Bearings : Good brand Taper roller bearing and deep groove ball bearing are uses in gear box to reduce the friction. And in crusher journal bearing is used of high grade gun metal. The bearing holders can be adjusted by tightening the bolt in order to make rollers or close to suit the size of the sugarcane crusher.
