They will not become loose even under most strenuous conditions. Gears: All the gear in gear box are hardened and ground to reduce frictional losses and improve power efficiency. The gear of crusher are also high grade carbon steel grade which are machined. Bearings : Good brand Taper roller bearing and deep groove ball bearing are uses in gear box to reduce the friction. And in crusher journal bearing is used of high grade gun metal. The bearing holders can be adjusted by tightening the bolt in order to make rollers or close to suit the size of the sugarcane crusher. Greasing is made easy and clean with a single grease gun. Safety Covers: This are provided with powder coated cover and with also an option of complete stainless steel covers.
