Anandsheel Hydraulics offers hydraulic test rigs for testing hydraulic pumps, manifolds, hydraulic valves, automobile components, hoses and fittings up to pressure of 1000 bar. These test rigs include integral fluid reservoir, back up accumulators, all necessary panel mounted, pressure/flow controls, pressure gauges, flow meters, quick release couplings with complete electrical controls and instrumentation as required by the system. The test rigs can be supplied with computer/PLC control for data acquisition and analysis

We  manufacture and suppliy  Hydraulic Presses as per Customer’s requirement.   These presses provide fast approach slow pressing & fast return speeds. The change in speed can be manually preset to take place at any point of the stroke with the help of limit switches / proximity switches or rotary encoders & potentiometers.   The frame is fabricated by ultrasonically tested quality profiles & plates of suitable thickness to with stand the load & longer life of the press. The frames are stress-relieved by ultrasonic virbrators.   Maximum frame rigidity is achieved through computer aided frame design & finite element analysis.   Extra long, precision machined & hardened guides offer exceptional accuracy & alignment for better performance of the unit.
