A versatile, electrically heated sterilizer under saturated steam of Adjustable pressure of 10 to 20 psi. double walled construction with boiler & steam jacket made of thick stainless steel and gap is filled with high grade glass wool to bring the temp. loss to a minimal level.The outer chamber is made out of thick mild steel.The lid is made of thick stainless steel plate (joint less) or gunmetal plate and can be sealed by a jointless neoprene rubber gasket by wing nuts through hinged bolts by engaging slotted lugs on rim of the cover. Provided with dial pressure gauge, air steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve adjustable to any required point from 10 psi to 20 psi with accuracy + 3 psi. A drain cock has also been provided. A double safety valve has also been provided along with inlet. Supplied complete but without dressing bins. but presented in a horizontal position and without steam jacket. The outer body made of mild steel, inner chamber made of stainless steel.

Construction All stainless steel Triple walled construction, lid is made of thick die pressed SS 304 sheet in mirror finish. The unit is fitted with 8 wingnuts to hold the lid at high pressure. Optional Accessories: Automatic Pressure Control Switch. This semi-automatic device controls the pressure inside the chamber mechanically and cuts-off the current from the heating elements, when the desired/ set pressure value level is attained inside the chamber and restarts the mechanism once the pressure inside the chamber falls from the desired level. Automatic Water Cut-off Device - This device is a safety device which protects the heaters from running dry. This device ensures that the machine is automatically switched off in case the desired water level falls below the prescribed level.
