Kadevi has in-house full scale R & D centre with an experience and proven capability and the necessary infrastructure to design, manufacture, test, install and commission the antennas to customers specific requirements. We have developed indigenously with the help of DLRL several antennas in the frequency band of MF, HF, VHF, UHF catering essentially to defence, PSUs and few private organisation requirements which include Yagi array, Telemetry, Sleeve Monopole, Omni Magnetic Base, Bicone, Discone, Whip, Conifan, GP antennae.

The Pneumatic Telescopic Mast is manufactured by using heat treated high tensile aluminum alloy sections of different diameters telescoped into each other. The top aluminum sections are anodized, Bottom section is chromated and olive green powder coated (option of colour change if required) to withstand the environmental conditions. Depending on the Antenna loads, erected and retracted height, the number of sections are designed. These sections can be easily extended vertically, using low-pressure air, to a height ranging between 3-33 meters. This low-pressure air can be supplied either by a foot pump or by an air compressor. On vehicle mounted masts the air can be drawn from available pneumatic system with additional suitable accessories. One of the special features is, the full-length key way, which prevents relative rotation between sections and enables the mast to be used for mounting directional antennas. Each section when raised to its requiredfull height needs to be clamped by locking collars. These locking collars are operated by thumbscrews. The retraction is also simple. The mast can be lowered easily, section wise, by releasing the thumbscrews and Air outlet valve.Light weight, compact and simple to operate, Smooth and effortless erection and retraction of the mast sections, Quick and easy to deploy at any place, Any number of sections can be locked, in extended or retracted position as required.

The required size of coil will be fed into the machine which are fully automatic and finished product of nuts (blank) are formedin 5 stage operation. The present production range is from M8 to M24 with four stations of machinery installed.

The raw material received in the form of coilsrods are subjected for cleaning in HCL and Phospating process. Subsequently the coils are fed into drawing machine and will be drawn to exact size required to ensure roundness of the coil rod.

The required coil is fed into the fully automatic bolt head forming machine. The output is in the form of round head with required length of bolt. We are equipped with four stations of bolt making machines manufacturing different sizes from M8 to M24 & DIA ½" to 1".
