Maximum sugar producing countries have adapted to luster water as a full or partial replacement of plain water. at present our running system is to wash massecuite or sugar by plain tap water or by diluted final molasses for the removal of molasses surrounding to sucrose crystals .but in present system some sugar part in water dissolved during the curing, this affects a rise in purity of final molasses.
