This provides positive, stress free fitting of fuse links and locks the fuse link in position ensuring safe insertion and withdrawal from the base. Quick Fitting : Fuse base incorporates a 35 MM DIN rail mounting facility besides a single screw fixing, giving quick & easy fitting cf the base in enclosures. Savings : Fast insertion removal of fuse link with the carrier in cover and quick fitting in panels saves lot of time, leading to significant savings in downtime & associated costs. Fire Retardant : Fuse base are made of high impact resistant, heat resistant glass filled, thermoplastic polyester which do not easily support fire. Safety : Fully insulated cover and cable terminals with sliding retained shroud give complete personnel protection against direct contact or electric shock. Low Watt Loss : The direct contact between fuse link blades and the plated base contacts provides lower watts loss and increased reliability. Motor Protection : The compact range of fuse links ie NSD and fitted into the SAFE loc holders, have excellent ability to protect induction motor circuits. Application : Provides safe and easy method of protecting a wide range of electrical equipment such as lighting, heating, and control equipment circuits.
