We manufacture the ETO and Steam indicator strips which are designed to monitor all critical parameters of respective sterilizations (time, temperature, gas concentration and humidity). Place inside every pouch or pack to be sterilized. The Chemical Indicator Strips offers immediate, accurate and easy to read method of monitoring the sterilization processes .

We offer Sterilization Reels- Sterisure. 1. High weighed medical grade paper (the propypel sheet)- • sterisure® uses a 6070 gsm medical grade propypel paper which is specially imported from the arjowiggins healthcare france. • this paper is specially designed to only allow steam and ethylene oxide (eto) at a specific pressure and temperature. • the paper is bacteria resistant for one sterilisation only. • the paper used is an iso 11607-1 and en 868-3 propypel sheet. 2. Multi- layered plastic laminate- • the sterisure® film used is a 55gsm green tinted natural film. • sterisure® is a multilayer film with five very fine layers, which makes it very tough and durable. • the polyester (pet) outer layer provides high heat resistance. • the intermediate layers together with the sealing layer of polypropylene (pp) offer advanced sealing and peeling properties with superior tear strength. • standards- iso 9001-2008, iso 22000, hacpp, brc-iop 3. Unique packaging range with two process-indicators- • the exclusively developed see-through packages have built-in process indicators for steam and eo. • the colour change demonstrates that the pack has been exposed to the sterilization process and clearly distinguishes between processed and unprocessed packs. • our indicators provide contrasting colour changes which offers great user convenience. • each individual indicator imprint corresponds to 100 mm2 in size according to the en 868-5 (1999) requirement and has a full coverage of colour for easy reading. • all print is outside the packing area to eliminate ink contamination risks. • indicator imprints are subject to the same sterilization conditions as the packaged product. 4. visual check of the seal • when sealed, the fi lm turns to darker green allowing a visual check of the seal integrity. 5. Clean peel • sterisure® seals facilitate clean, fibre-free opening allowing aseptic presentation of the product. Pouches feature a specially designed peel-off seal which makes opening easy. 6. Strong seals • the seal strength values of sterisure® packages are much higher than required in the norms and standards to avoid bursting during autoclaving and handling. Several narrow parallel seams (multiline) make the seal extremely strong and contribute the clean peel. 7. Process indicators • clearly contrasting colour changes make it easy to distinguish between processed and unprocessed products. 8. Safe print design • all the indicators and text imprints are outside the actual packing area to avoid the risk of ink contamination. 9. Manufacture traceability • each package carries a lot code that allows traceability of the production history. The code states the manufacture year and month (yymm). 10. Compliant with norms and standards • sterisure® sterile barrier systems comply with the international norms and standards en iso 11607 and en 868. page 4 in-house q c lab leakage test- no sealing failures (channels or holes at the sealing seam) which can be tested by sealing seam integrity test (blue coloured test liquid) no channel= sealing seam is integral channel=sealing seam is not integral sterisure® maintains superior seal strength pre- vacuum sterilization processes present a great challenge to packaging. Packs should not burst open during autoclaving. Sterisure® superior packaging saves the time and costs that repacking and re-sterilization of the items to most vigorous autoclaving process, yet it provides a clean, fibre-free peel when opening the packs. The seal strengths of the sterisure® packaging are higher than those required in the international standards and norms, and 40-60% higher than those of other products.

We offer structure - construction - purpose of use tyvek® 1073 b (registered trademark of dupont) 67 gsm paper is used with hydrophobic coating plus polyesterpolyethylene composite film, printed with plasma-indicator. These packs are suitable especially for low-temperature plasma sterilisation and lightweight medical devices. special advantages: •these packs have excellent barrier-qualities, a high mechanical stability, and an excellent fibre free peeling behaviour. •also it is very important for gas sterilisation, up to 100 times less residues of ethylene oxide and formaldehyde after sterilisation. This shortens the degassing period and reduces the absolute levels of residues of sterilisation gases. •it has an outstanding resistance to microbial penetration and also significantly reduces the risk of packaging failure. special processing advice: sealing temperature about 120 - 130°c attention: when using higher temperatures tyvek can melt and therefore damage the sealing machine! if possible install a separate packing table with an extra sealing machine with a fixed temperature of about 125°c. Tyvek- packages are not suitable for steam sterilisation because the material melts at 126°c.
