Any disruption of cooling water leads to heat exchanger failure and a permanently damages the heat exchanger.   Solution: By using Mukund make Flowtech flow switches, this problem could be overcome. The flow switch is installed on cooling water line for heat exchanger. Field Case: Flowtech flow switches installed on heat exchange required cooling water constantly, the cooling water line is constantly monitored with Flowtech flow switch.
