Subject- offer for supply of 4000 lph single stage transformer oil filtration plant. 4000 lph transformer oil filtration plant the oil filter plant will be suitable for treatment of transformer or switchgear oil. The oil will be first heated and passed through fine cartridge filter where the particles up to five micron will be filtered. Then the oil will be subjected to vacuum treatment, which dehydrates and degasifies the oil to the desired parameters. The plant will generally conform to is 6034 – 1989 and its latest revision, which will achieve the following parameters. Parameters before filtration after filtration break down voltage 30 kv to 65 kv moisture content 50 ppm 10 ppm particles many particles 1 micron gas content 10% by volume 0.5% by volume the filtration plant will be designed for high vacuum & low temperature of oil for achieving required results. The plant will be mobile, mounted on a trolley suitable for two pneumatic wheels, with wheels, with enclosure, suitable for outdoor use. All components will have adequate strength & rigidity to withstand normal conditions of handling & transport quotation offer for supply of 4000 lph single stage transformer oil filtration plant.
