Tyre Block Cutting Machine is used to cut the tyre strips obtained from cutting tyre sidewall with the use of Tyre Strip Cutting Machine. The sole purpose of the machine is to obtain tyre blocks of smaller size as it is easy to crush blocks of Tyres. The Blocks obtained are of size 25 mm to 50 mm. The machine is able to cut all types of tyres, both Radial and Nylon. It has a set of three Blades, two of them on router and one fixed blade.
