1kb DNA Step Ladder is a mix of 15 blunt ended DNA fragments ranging from 75 bp to 20 kb in 1 kb increments from 2-5 kb. For the proper identification 500bp, 1500 bp and 5kb bands are more intense. G4669 is ready-to-use premixed with 6X DNA Loading Dye for direct loading on gel.
