we offer polysol. polysoland mbx is an emulsion of vinyl acetate monomer. it is used in textile process houses to impart body to polyester cotton and nylon fabrics. as per requirements of body filling a technician decides the recipe. it can be used with non-ionic or other type of softeners to give body and softness. we manufacture the product in large quantity so we can offer this product at best price without compromising with quality.

We offer loop accelerator for textile printing. Printol-xl (loop accelerator for textile printing) best loop accelerator for developing disperses color prints on polyester by loop steaming thermo fixing. The addition of the printol-xl gives 15 - 25% higher color value depending upon the chemical nature of the color. These can also be used for leveling when printed goods are to be developed by hthp steaming. ---physical & chemical properties--- 1. Colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid 2. Almost colorless. 3. Dilatable with water to any extent. Ph of 1000 solution is 6.5 - 7.0. 4. 4. Nonionic in nature. ---appication--- 1. Make the gum paste as usual. 2. Add citric acid or any suitable acid to adjust the ph to 5.0 - 5.5. 3. Add 0.5% of printol-xl in above gum for prints to be developed by loop aging as an accelerator. Add 0.15% of printol-xl to the above gum as the leveling agent if prints are to be developed by hthp. 3. Add ore-dispersed color in adequate quantity of water and mix well to obtain desirable depth and tone of the shade. 4. Print, dry, and loop age thermo fix hthp as usual. 5. Wash, dry and finish as usual.
