Oil, Citric, Sodium-Bi-Carbonate Gulabjamun Recipe Take 200gms Gulabjamun Mixture in a dish. Add 100gms. Milk, Knead the Mixture gently and make soft-smooth dough (for Kneading use only finger, do not use your palm.) Dividein to 50 (fifty) equal pieces. Apply little ghee on your palm and shape in to round or. bdlong. Immediately fry in ghee, on medium heat. First put one Gulabjamun in ghee for frying, lithe Gulabjamun slowly take the colour golden brown and come up to the surface of ghee, fry all Gulabjamun. (If the Gulabjamun come up lmmediatly on the surface of ghee, cool down the ghee) After frying put Gulabjamun in to Sugar Syrup. After frying all Gulabjamun, Dive heat the Gulabjamuns with Sugar Syrup for 3 to 5 minutes. Recipe of Boiled Syrup Dissolve 4 cup sugar 4 cup water and boil it properly
