Heat Transfer with high gloss metallised and holographic effect are used/recommended for decoration of plastic/steel pens and stationary. As pens come in a variety of colours special white pigment is used on foils to retain the image clarity and legibility of the print. The Foils are avaliable for ABS/SHAN/PP/Steel based on the barrel used.

The HTL/In Mould Labels have replaced the age old method of decoration on paint and lubricant containers. The HTL/In mould label process is easier,faster and more attractive than screen printing/pad printing.

With in-mould labelling, cut imprinted plastic films, also known as labels, are placed to precisely fit into the injection mould by means of a handling unit. The labels are fixed in place through application of vacuum or static electricity charge, and then rear injected with plastic material. Heat and pressure are applied to melt the substrate film, which is precisely adjusted to the plastic material, with the melt introduced to form the final product in the filling and holding cycles. In many instances, this technology is used in combination with stacking moulds for increased output while maintaining reproducibility and quality at the same levels.

Heat Transfer film is a dry printing process in which ink pigment and metalised layer is transferred from film to the product to be decorated. Transfer is done by heat & pressure on Heat transfer machine. The whole image is transferred in one single process. Its ability to enhance visibility in low light areas it is approved by the safety standards. Reflective Heat Transfer Film can be transferred to all kinds of fabric base by heat and pressure. It can be cut by plotter or lazer machine into graphics, characters and logos and is used on reflective garments, bags, caps, shoes and personal protective equipment.
