For Tube to Tube Sheet Welding we have special PulseTIG Machines with Up Slope / Down Slope arrangement for precision Welding control. Our Tube to Tube sheet Weld joints have following Special Features :- No Adjacent Weld Bead Overlap No Start & Finish Point Spots on Weld Joint NO Tube Burn Outs NO Porosity Very Neat & Clean Appearance Tube Trimming & Tube to Tube sheet Expansion :- We also do Tube Trimming & Tube to Tube sheet Expansion for all our Equipments having such requirements. Our Expansion technicians have specific hands on experience for various materials like CS, SS, Duplex, Brass, Alloy, Cu Ni. We have Electronic Torque Control Expansion Machines with Heavy Duty Expansion Drive Sets and Specially manufactured Tube Expander & Mandrels to do expansion as per Thinning Percentage. Our Trained & Skilled Engineers have hands on experience to Inspect Expanded Tube Joints & provide Training & Guidance to technicians to handle Expansion for varied materials. Stacked Exchangers :- We have manufactured Stacked Exchangers for Refinery Applications. We have hands on experience to work on Connecting Stacked Shell & Channel Nozzle Fabrication Tolerances. We generally have carried out Hydro test for Exchangers in Stacked Condition and in Dis Assembled Conditions.
