Being equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art German Technology from Leybold for vacuum Metalizing, we have the capacity to metalize any plastic film paper board from 8 microns upto 200 microns thickness, with an optical density range from 2.2 to 2.8. Our metalizers ensure high gloss & uniform aluminum deposition on the plastic substrates and papers. We can offer metalized PVC upto width of 610mm.The thickness can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements. This product is used for twist grade for candy wrapping, sticker grade for stickers and labels and for making decorative products according to different thickness of the materials. Holographic metalized PVC is used for making glitter powder used for embroidery designing.
