PBL ‘P’ Series Helical gearbox and electric motor are built as one unit to give coaxial and compact constructions. Helical Gear Reducers have co-axial input and output shaft that can be driven by any prime mover. Gearboxes can be supplied with input shaft for connecting to prime mover. Motor Mount Gearboxes ensures easy fitment of any make of motors with B5 mounting as per IEC frame. These are available in 2 & 3 reductions and in 4, 5, & 6 reductions for extremely low output speeds. These are available in foot, flange, foot-cum-flange and agitator type constructihon.

Series M inline geared motors and reducers provide a very efficient and compact drive solution to meet most requirements upto 90KW with maximum output torque capacity 11,000 Nm.Units are available with ratios coverage of 1.4:1 to 70:1 in double reduction, upto 250:1 in triple reduction and upto 16200:1 in combined units.    Suitable to accommodate electric motors of IEC frame. Dimensionally interchangeable with other international brands. Highly efficient and low noise. Smooth running and high reliability Modular kit concept for maximizing availability. Large ratio coverage. Motorized units can be fitted with backstop while reducer units can be fitted with backstop and fan. Small units are supplied duly filled with lubricant.

GD Series aluminum motor range covers product with output as little as 0.18kw to 11kw in frame sizes IEC63 to 132M,GD series have Multi mount facility, by simply changing the position of feet , the user is able to obtain right, left or top mounted terminal box position and by changing the standard end shield you can change it for flange or face version.Standard Motors are designed for foot mounting; other mountings are also available on request,Standard Levels of enclosure protection for motor and terminal box is IP55. With IP56,IP65 and IP66 available on request,All motors have terminal box on the top as standard. RHSLHS terminal box can be converted simply by changing the detachable foot position..

CG offers wide range of low voltage Flameproof Squirrel cage & Slip Ring electric motors for operation in hazardous and hostile environments, ranging from 0.37 kW to 355 kW. These Flameproof Motors are licensed by a European notified body (BASEEFA) and Indian notified body (ERTL/DGMS/DGFAS&LI).All relevant products fully comply with the requirements of the ATEX & CE Directives.  Standard Motors are designed for foot mounting; other mountings are also available on request. Standard Levels of enclosure protection for motor and terminal box is IP55. With IP56,IP65 and IP66 available on request All Hazardous area motors (except for Gas Group IIC-available in TOP only) have terminal box on the RHS as standard.
