It is first of its kind of computerized automatic plant and technology for the processing of upvc foam sheet in india. we would like to inform you that our products can be widely used in construction & real estate, furniture, doors and advertising sectors. Our pvc sheets are available in various thicknesses ranging from 4mm to 20mm and in different colors. Available in standard size 1220mm x 2440mm (8’x4’). We are also manufacturing the 1mm pvc laminates (mica). recently we launch 30mm solid doors; it can be directly used as finished door in various projects. The available size of door is 30’x78’, 30’x84’, 36’x78’,36’x84’. our pvc ply has innumerable application-internally; it can be used in all places where an ordinary plywood, marine ply and particle board can be used. in our product, top and bottom layer is upvc rigid material; the density of this material is 1.4 gmscc. And the middle layer is pvc foam material; the density of this material is 0.55 gmscc. it can be printed easily and pasting pvc laminates & foil (paper)for making decorative furniture.
