Temple glass and door
In India many houses have inbuilt temple at their homes OR have a traditional value of creating a temple either in the premises or in the house itself. Glass Temples now have created its place in many a household. Due to its variety of customized treatments and processes designer and beautiful temples are manufactured. The use of glass started with having it as a partition and door, which now have been extended to full glass temple. Many treatments like Acid Cold Crystal Work, Itching work, Grooving Work & colour work can be added in a temple glass. Transparent and semi-transparent work adds a new dimension. Further to that a sacred religious symbol or a picture of god is possible to add. Normally the size of the temple of the glass can be stretched up to 6 to 8”ft but with a thickness of at-least 10 to 12 mm. Also toughened process is advisable for a longer run.

Tempered Glass

Tempered glass is about four times stronger than “ordinary” or ”annealed glass”. And unlike annealed glass, which can shatter into jagged shards when broken,tempered glass fractures into small, relatively harmless pieces. This is the process that makes the glass four to five times stronger and safer than annealed or untreated glass. As a result, tempered glass is less likely to experience a thermal break. With heat-strengthened glass, the cooling process is slower, which means the compression strength is lower. Extra Clear Glass. Work on Extra Clear Glass enhances the sharpness of the colour’s clarity, density & shining resulting in a Liveliness of the top. Table top glasses are prepared customized with the edges differently treated like CRYSTAL Edge, Bevel Edge, and Half Round Edge etc. Further to the same the edges can be band to suite the design desired.
