We are offering fully drawn yarn. It is also know as polyester filament yarn (pfy) or spin draw yarn (sdy). Fdy is mainly used as weft or weaves in making fabrics. Fdy can be knitted or woven with any other filament yarn to get fabric of various different varieties. Fdy yarn is mainly available in 3 lustre - semi-dull (sd), bright(br) having circular section and triloble bright (tbr) having triangular cross-sections. Filament yarn having trilobal bright lustre is widely used in making curtains, bed-sheets and carpets. Fdy is available in raw-white as well dope dyed. Dope dyed fdy yarn can be used to make the colored fabric directly instead of making the fabric with fdy raw-white first and then dyeing it.

Metallized Yarns (are also called Fils Guipe, Kasab, Badla, Gazab yarns, Jari & Zari) are manufactured with a polyester film aluminum Metallized under vacuum and then colour coated with resin by using high techniques. The protective coating improves the luster and brightness of the yarn and guarantees inalterability in time. Standard thickness of the polyester film is 12 micron. However, other thickness such as 24, 36 & 75 microns can be supplied on request with a minimum order to be specified. Universal standard widths are 1/110” (0.22mm) and 1/69” (0.37mm). Metallic yarns are available in the shades shown in the Colour Room. In particular cases, and for quantities to be specified, special colours can be supplied on request. The invention relates to a novel, draw-textured, stabilized polyester multifilament, textile denier, yarn suitable for fabric constructions, particularly knit and woven goods, requiring superior dimensional stability coupled with excellent yarn processability. Dty yarn can be in semi dull or bright or triloble bright depening upon the type of sections of filaments.

We are offering air textured yarn. This invention relates generally to yarns produced by combining a false twisted yarn and a cold drawn yarn in an air jet to supply a continuous, multi-filament textured yarn.
