The reaction between aeration agent and concrete causes millions of microscopic bubbles to form, expanding the concrete. That gives the AAC Lightweight Blocks unique properties. These blocks are then cut to size and formed by steam-curing in a pressurized chamber (autoclave). The result is a non-organic, non-toxic, airtight material that can be used for walling. We produce this concrete in wide range of densities ranging from 400 to 1800kg/m3 to suit different applications. The lower density of 400 to 800kg/m3 is utilised for thermal insulation application.
