Bag filters are defined as a fabric filter designed primarily to remove particulate material from fluids.Bag filters are usually non-rigid, disposable and easily replaceable.  Specifically Designed to suit FSI Filter Bags with Polyloc Collar. Ensures Zero Bypass. Compact design with a quick clamping mechanism will allow minimum effort for opening and closing of the filter top. Davit arm is also provide to lift the  top for bag replacement. Spring Assist Mechanism also Available for Top Cover Opening. Quick clamp mechanism will reduce the opening time for housing. FSI bags with polyloc collar are press fitted in to the housing. This eliminates additional clamping for filter bags.  

Our standard felt bags have welded collars hence are used for better resistance to pressure differentials, and are a great option for low cost filtration. These are available in both PP and polyester material in ratings 1,5,10 & 25 to custom ratings upto 200 mic. With choice of PP and polyester material, sizes 7”dia in lengths of 16” and 32” lengths; 4” diameter in 10” and 20”lengths, our range includes NMO (nylon monofilament mesh bags) with ring collars. Our High Efficiency or HE bags utilize multi-layer melt-blown PP media just to create a depth type filter with built-in prefiltration. These absolute-rated bags deliver a consistent and high efficient performance of filtration for critical applications. These are available in 7” dia with PP collar in single (16”) and double (32”) lengths.    

Trinity liquid bag filters are produced using advanced manufacturing process using high performance polypropylene and polyester felt media. A specially designed plastic 'v' collar is welded to the media using a thermal welding process. The 'v' collar assures a positive seal and thereby eliminates possibility of channeling and media migration. These bag filters are one to one replacement for fsi bag filters & gaf bag filters specification: moc : polypropylene, polyester, nylon (nmo) size : 7" dia 16" l, 7" dia 32"l 4" dia 8" l, 4" dia 14" l max. Operating temp - pp : 80°c, polyester: 135°c removal ratings: 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 µm these are equivalent to fsi, gaf bag filters. These filters are used in ced paint shop, water & chemical filtration.
