Sleeve Applicator (Cap) from AURUM can be easily integrated with existing line. Sleeve Applicator (Cap) is designed for automatically inserting the heat shrinkable PVCPET sleeves ofdesired height on bottle caps. This makes the product Tamper Evident Pilfer Proof. Cap Sleeve application helps in avoiding adulteration and duplication of products. The heat shrinkable PVC PET tube in the roll form is loaded on mandrel. The tube then undergoesvarious operations such as forming, cutting & placing at a very high speed of upto 300 upm. The bottles are then passed through Shrink Tunnel where sleeves get shrink fitted on caps. Moreover, this machine can be easily integrated with existing production lines.
