Infrastructure We have a world class manufacturing unit equipped with all necessary latest technological equipments, which greatly assist our adept and prowess designers to design captivating range of products. Our extensively experienced and skilled designers are capable in designing different type of enticing range of stone made products, which have a wide demand in the international market. The plant and machinery comprises 3 block cutters for cutting granite blocks. The maximum size that can be cut is 126cm height x 340cm length. One block cutter uses water cutting while the 2 block cutters use chemical for cutting. The block cutters are used as the demand of the order. The maximum capacity of cutting slabs is approx. 45,000 sq.ft. per month. Apart from this we have 4 table polishers that are operated for honing and polishing granite tiles and slabs. We also do a variety of unique finishes like flaming, brushing and leather finishing on slabs and tiles. We have several edge cutting machines to cut the slabs into required sizes. We are specialized in doing project orders and we have supplied granite to many construction and building projects all over the world. We make regularly countertops with different edge profiles for our customers. We have associated gang saw units with us all over south India from whom we get job work done. We buy blocks from quarries and give to the gang saw units to cut the blocks into slabs in 2 and 3cm in various colors and finishes. The quality supplied is standard or premium depending upon the customer's requirement. There are different quarries producing the same variety of granite so it is imperative that correct selection of material is done. We are assisted in this by a team of quality inspectors (markers) who have wide knowledge and experience. Quality Control Quality control is an important factor in any manufacturing unit and maximum attention is paid onto this. Quality control testing is important so that customer receives the exact product as he demanded. We granite stones pay due attention towards the quality testing of each and every granite stone that is manufactured under our unit. To conduct this we have trained and specialized quality control inspectors who have more than 20 years of experience and they ensures that perfect quality is transferred to the customer. It doesn't end at one time but it is a constant exercise. In quality control testing we include testing of stone hardness, strength, resistivity power against water, humidity extreme changes in temperature and microbes. After production testing include testing of packaging. Also we have priced our products at a very attractive price without compromising on quality
