Further, a glass window is placed on the conical tapering portion to have a perfect view.   Construction and Operation : Design is cGMP - Current Good Manufacturing Practices compliance. All contact parts AISI 316 & non contact parts AISI 304. Capacity available 30 Kg to 600 Kg. Unloaded material with inline process with cone mill, granulator with IBC Bin for dust free process. Fully automatic system, with hydraulic lifting and tipping arrangement for quick and easy handling Eliminates tedious and unhygienic manual handling of products. Tilting arrangement with a single point pivot ensures GMP with ease of operations. 180 degree swiveling of vertical mast with vertical lift and tippling ensures motion in all three dimensions as required. Discharge cone is fitted with a 250mm diameter butterfly valve at bottom with silicon rubber seat. Can be provided with pneumatic actuator for opening or closing butterfly valve without reaching for it by pneumatic controls. Hydraulic power pack can be mounted over the service floor so the column of the tipper acts as pendent and through the hollow pivot shaft, hydraulic lines along with electric cables can travel above the working area slab. Suitable view glass window provided on the conical tapering portion of the tipper, which acts like a view window. Stainless steel lift yoke with integral rotation drives for rotation of discharge cone and container.   Salient Features Stainless steel lift yoke with Integral Gearbox for rotation of discharge cone and container. Discharge cone clamps are made of stainless steel with ease of clamping, design. Control cabinet is Powder coated in M.S. and is water tight complete with hydraulic power pack and electric controls. Hose burst protection system installed on the Cylinder making it fail safe. 2 nos 8 MM Ø SS 304 Wire ropes instead of chain. Provision for the Vibratory Sifter/ Mill to be electrically connected is Built-in. Thus eliminating the cables running on the floor. Better safety and GMP. It is equipment where the FBD Bowl containing dried granules are hydraulically lifted and tilted into a container, a Multimill or Sifter as per process requirements.    The process consists of bringing the FBD Bowl beneath the cone of the tipper. The inverted cone of the tipper is lowered such that it touches the flange brim of the FBD Bowl. Both are then clamped together with quick fixing levers.    The whole assembly is then raised hydraulically to the required height, rotated to 180o with the help of hydraulic actuator and lowered to suitable height to align with the receiving container / process equipment. at the discharge there will be a Butterfly valve or Iris Valve.    Advantage : It provides a complete dust free operation and eliminates the tedious exercise of manual scooping.    Capacity 1000 Kgs.
