The Impact Extrusion Press is used to extrude aluminium container drawn from slug after lubrication in single stroke. As per all automatic high production machines, precision built for continuous operation over long periods with an absolute minimum of attention and down time. Our Horizontal Extrusion Presses have a carefully designed main frame built for stronger than normal usage demands. The rigid construction reduces deflection to an absolute minimum and even at the higher speed these Presses are stable in operation. The toggle linkage mechanism gives the rapid approach and steady controlled working stroke demanded by the extrusion process. The cast steel links of the Toggle mechanism incorporate precision machine, knuckles, bearing on to the high quality Phosphorous Bronze seating designed to operate at comparatively low bearing pressures, thus eliminating load and wear on the Connecting Pins. `

This machine is used for internal bottom gumming of tube for airtight sealing after filling & packaging. It helps to prevent damage of product. It is applied through centrifugal spray gun rotary motion at high rpm to deposit a band of thick latex. Width of latex can be varied with cam motion & sensor controls. Machine is equipped with no tube no latex, indexing turret, a vacuum holding drum for tubes. Spray gun can be adjusted for quantity of deposit. A latex tank is provided for supply to spray gun under pressure.

This machine is used for Lubricating of Slugs with zinc sterate powder prior extrusion process. The machine is very compact in design; the drive is done through motor by a reduction gear box. The machine design in Hexagonal Drum shape.
