Wall Mounting Enclosure Series This series of boxes unites best of welding and riveting techonolgy. This series exhibits IP-66 fully welded boxes to modular double door boxes with riveted top plate. We ensure that a wide variety of boxes will satisfy a wide variety of electrical and electronic applications. WM series manufactured in CRCA sheet is surface treated in our Autophoretic 930 Dip-Priming Plant and Powder coated. Features   This is manufactured in 'Modular Floor Standing Extensible Enclosure' (MFSE Construction.  50mm glass wool or rock wool is used as insulation. Cutout pockets on all sides (if any) are also insulated with nitrile foam gasket sheets.  Only 1OOmm in width, 1OOmm in depth and nothing in height is consumed for insulation. Compact in size and hence energy saving (Heave reduction in A.C. capacity specoification). Modularity is maintained and hence width can be extended. Use for Outdoor duty is possible with some changes without much increase in cost. Costing is 25% of E Room. This is better replacement for E Room. Better IP protection.

Junction Box (JB or SB) Features IP-67 Ingress protection. Welded body with sides, top and bottom closed in 1.2 thk folded CRCA sheet. Front single door in 1.2 thk CRCA sheet. With metal hinges, cam locks. Polyethylene gasket on door and polyurethane foam on gland plate, both are fire retardant. M-4 tapped Z angles inside for DIN rail mountings (No component mounting plate inside). As side walls are not removable, inter panel separator is not required here. Gland plate optional at bottom in 2.00 thk CRCA. These types of enclosures are not suitable to join together, however if needed we can join them.
