The manifold is constructed out of ASTM A 106 Gr. B 20 NB seam-less carbon steel pipe with forged fittings and flanges of ASTMA grade. The manifold is supported on an angle iron which is firmly grouted to the floor. The manifold is fitted with manifold valves which are as per IS 3224. The manifold valves are used to connect the tonner in use or isolate the tonners which are not in use. The manifold is also provided with a pressure gauge with an isolating valve.

Description The machine consists of input conveyor, filling unit & exit conveyor. Filling operations works on the piston & cylinder, & N.R.V concepts. For easy handling of containers or jars, pucks are provided on to the conveyor. Filling unit consists of 4 Piston Cylinder assly & non – return values for this. Common drive is taken. When bottles or jars comes under filling station a stopper mechanism holds the bottles till the filling takes place & release after filling finishes. At a time four bottles will filled & comes out from exit conveyor. From exit conveyor bottles are to be manually picked - up.
