Turn Table is a motorized machine with platform on it. It is provided with guard & guide rail to direct & divert the bottles/ containers/ jar. The table is completely covered with SS Sheet as per GMP requirement. Turn Table is useful to ensure total synchronization, uniform flow of container and to take at 90 degree to suit different machine and purpose in automatic liquid filling line. Operation / Working: Container / Bottle / Jar are kept on the Turn Table manually, which will rotate on the platform / disk of turntable and exit through outlet. The Machine is fabricated from Mild Steel & Stainless Steel of 304 Quality of Material. It is pneumatically operated and consists of Two Knurling Jaws, one for Sealing & other for Coding. Operation / Working: The filled Tube is placed in one jaw, the jaw comes closer as per pre set operation time cycle & the tube is sealed. Simultaneously, in the other jaw the same tube will be placed for coding operation. Sealing temperature can be controlled by Potentiometer which is provided on Control Panel. The Jaws are embedded with Heater. Temperature of the jaws is displayed on digital indicator & is controlled by controller. The time cycle for proper sealing is controlled by timer. The output of machine depends upon quality of tube and time cycle. The unit is suitable for various sizes of TUBES.

The tank is made out of 16 to 10 swg as per requirement. it is provided with lid, a drain cock at the bottom and is mounted on castor wheels (optional). The tank is argon arc welded and mirror/matt finish from inside and outside. Tanks/Vessel with jacket with/without insulation can also be made as per requirement. Heating process either by electric heater or by oil heater.

Container / Bottle has to be placed manually below the rotating head with the cap. The motor drives the machine & thus rotating head performs the sealing function on the cap. Bottle guide are provided for precisely match for centering of the container / bottle below the rotating head, for proper sealing of the container/ bottle. Depending upon different height of bottle, height adjustment bolt is provided. Inspection Table is a table / equipment consisting of three track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement. For visual inspection, alternate black & white background are provided. The table is designed for visual inspection of filled & sealed bottles before the same are passed on for labeling operation.
