Inner Core is made of spring steel or stainless steel highly tensile flexible wire (as per requirement) with multiple wounded layer’s vibration free after processing through heat treatment process. Outer Casing is made from galvanized steel strip. To avoid any kind of friction between outer casing & inter core a special spring steel lining is provide with double interlock & circular round. Connect with one end by a Socket (machine end) is attached to suitable motor & other socket (tool end) is attached to shaft.

It is used for cleaning of tube by transmitting power in terms of rotation from the motor unit to tool head cutter or brush within tube. The flexible shaft transmits constant torque from the drive motor to the to the connected tool within the tube. INNER CORE -  The inner core is double wound in opposing layers made out of high tensile spring steel wire and is then passed through stress relieving processes to achieve a totally vibration free performance and continuous duty.OUTER CASING - The outer casing is flexible, made from the finest galvanized steel strip and provided with a special steel anti friction lining for the entire length.CONNECTIONS -  A suitable motor connection at one end and a detachable ball bearing hand piece (tool Holder) with a threaded spindle for tool connections at the working end of the flexible shaft.
