Adjust the slot & turn the bowl clockwise to lock properly. Put the steel blade on the shaft by adjusting the position.Put Bowl cover on the work bowl with food chute facing the front side & turn the cover clockwise to activate the micro switch.Put Food Pusher in the Food Chute.Fix the Top Lock on the Grinder section of the machine & lock it properly.For Slicing or Shredding operation, first put disc connector on to the main shaft of the Base unit. Then fix the Slicing /Shredder blade on the Disc & fix it on the disc connector.Mixer / Grinder Section :-Repeat the procedure (Refer points A to D mentioned above in the food processor section)Remove Top Lock & place suitable Grinder Jar & Lock it properly.Use Full Speed for all grinding operations. Note :- Never use the Speed Control Switch while operating Mixer Grinder. Operate Mixer Grinder only at High/Full Speed. Operating Instructions :- How to Fix the Jar :- Put the Jar on top of the base unit and make sure that the lock of the jar fits the slot of the base unit property, otherwise machine will not start.Operations :- Check that the machine is in "Off1 position.Connect the mains plug to the wall socket after fixing the jar.Switch on the mains supply.Speed depends on the contents, Select the speed to suit the recipe.After operation, Press switch off position and check the mixture. Repeat till you get the required results.For blending / liquidizing / pureeing, Press the Turbo knob. This will activate the motor till you release the knob.Remove the plug from the socket.Overload Protector :- In order to avoid burning of the motor due to overloading of the base unit, a safety device (Overload Protection Relay) has been installed at the bottom of the base unit, wherein the base unit stops functioning. Immediately switch off the base unit, wait for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the slightly remove the contents which is the primary cause of overload then reset the relay by pushing the red button of the relay. The base unit will start functioning again.Care & Maintenance :- Other than the care mentioned here, no other maintenance or servicing of this appliance is required, repairs, If necessary, must be performed by qualified personnel.General Cleaning :-First remove tie mains plug from the wall socket, by pulling the three pin plug. Never pull the cord alone.Do not immerse the motor housing in water. You can clean the motor housing by a damp Cloth.Do not use abrasive cleaning materials.Disassemble the other parts after each use and wash them in soapy water. Then rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.Do not wash these parts in a Dishwasher.Give ample attention to cleaning to avoid unpleasant food odours emanating from your machine. Remember, cleaning is the easiest when done immediately after use. Tips of Effective Use :- Dough Kneading :- Fix the steel blade in the food processor work bowl, then put the Flour with required contents, if any. Start the Machine on full Speed, then start the base unit at full speed after fixing the bowl cover, pour water from chute slowly, use turbo speed to form.Veg Chopping :- Start the machine & put the Vegetables from chute. For leafy vegetable use turbo speed.Peeling :- The Work Bowl & Bowl Cover Should be dry. The green peas Beans/Garlic should be Dry, Warm up the Garlic pods before peeling.Slicing/ Shredding / Finger Chipping :- Select the contents to suit the chute size. Cut the base of the contents to rest properly on the disc. Push gently to make slices or shred.Non-Veg :- Use only Boneless/Fat free meat or chicken.Grinding :- For first 30 seconds use turbo, afterwards use only at high-speed as per requirement.Coconut Scrapping :- Use Medium or Big size Coconut. Make Two even Parts. Move the Coconut Anticlockwise to get Good results.
